Wound Care Question - Redness around a cut

I have a not bad but not good cut on my leg. I don't know it it infected or just Irritated from having it rub against my jeans.

we obviously can't tell whether it is or isn't infected over the internet. It is always a good idea to have a doctor check it out.

Maybe you can read the First Aid Guide on Infection to see if your symptoms fit a potential infection.

I agree that you should seek medical advice since it's impossible to judge without seeing it whether it's infected or just friction. Please don't post any pictures or size measurements on the forum as it's against the rules.
