I hear you, it is so hard even to just keep going. I'm sorry you're so consumed by thoughts about what you did in the past, that must be making things even more difficult.

Hey, sorry to hear things are so difficult.
If you want to talk about these alleged horrible things you did in the past then feel free. I'm guessing they may well not be that horrible at all! And even if they were, they are in the past and your present self shouldn't be overly punished for things that your past self did.
