The hall across from my block isn't air conditioned. The door which practically opens onto 'my' lawn [well, it was a lawn before the sky heated up!] is the air conditioning!!!! And they had Zumba again tonight. Man, I nearly passed out carrying my shopping back from the tube, forget Zumba!
But yes, Sainsbury's air con is NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've not gone to the gym or zumba this week due to the heat. I'd probably collapse. As it is I've had to walk the dog after 7pm when it's cooled down.

It's supposed to reach 31 degrees tomorrow :(

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…

Maximum temperature was 33.8 C in my garden yesterday. In the kitchen it went to 30.1 C (it is south facing with the back door open). My bedroom hit 28.1 C. My weather station's temperature graph looks like a form of a sine wave, which is the only pleasing thing about this weather. The Met Office rainfall radar was almost completely blank for rain, except for a small amount in Stornoway.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

Schools can be so stupid.

I remember at my high school even in extreme heat they often made you keep your blazers on.

I've just spotted a good 'un - riding a motorbike whilst wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Cracking idea.

That's not daft in my mind, I've been naked the past couple of hours haha. It would be daft if in public or around people who get funny about that sort of thing though. It's good to let it all out once in a while!

I've been doing body pump (extreme aerobics class) in the heat. The room has air con though so its not so bad. Its having the discipline to go in the first place.
