What could it be?

So about a week ago I noticed an oval shaped raised rash on my back. It does not itch or hurt. A couple days later I noticed a small lump in the crease between my leg and my groin area. It was a little tender but nothing major. Now my bum is swollen near my tailbone. Any ideas what it could be? I don't feel weak or "sick" or anything. No muscle aches or joint pain.

I've never had chicken pox bc I got the vaccine so it can't be shingles.
Could it be my lymphnodes?

i dont have a clue what it could be but maybe go and see the doctor to just check it out... i know that probably seems like really obvious advice....
it could be a reaction to a new washing powder if you have used a new one maybe?

Your back and bottom aren't typical places for lymph nodes and they don't tend to cause rashes.
Tbh it's really difficult to comment on lumps or rashes without seeing them.

I have no clue what it is but if your concerned about it I would suggest you get it checked out

Thanks guys. It's just really bizarre. My rash seems to be getting a little better everyday.

Oh and I haven't used any new laundry soap. It's been really hot here and I've been sweating so I don't know if it has anything to do with that.

The lump on the groin area you can't really see it. You can just feel it. It's like the size of a nickel.

it looks likes what I get when I sweat and I am hot.
My doctor just said it was a form of heat rash. But I can't be sure it is the same thing. x

That was honestly my first thought too. I get heat rash on my legs but it's usually not raised like that. That's why I was confused.
