Housemates being immature

The people I'm currently living with (I didn't choose to though) in my university halls of residence have suddenly decided that it's funny to throw water balloons at people coming into the 4-storey house. I don't know what to do about this. I can't tell them to stop because I don't actually know them and never speak to them. They haven't hit me yet - I've been lucky enough to miss everytime but I find it totally silly that they're doing that and wish they would stop but I don't know how to make them. Has anyone got any advice?

Is there an RA (Resident Assistant) you could talk to about this? Or someone with authority? Don't be afraid to tell someone what they are doing.. it's not proper, and I'm sure they will not know who told on them. Good luck, hope you haven't been hit!

ahh... sounds like the sort of thing my friends and I use to do >.> Just tell them to stop! Or, as others have said, make a complaint to the residential advisor!

Tell one of the receptionists or caretakers at your university accomodation - good luck!
you need a license to watch tv?

Have you talked to someone about it yet?

In the UK you need to pay a TV license to own a TV. A colour TV Licence costs £142.50. A black and white TV Licence costs £48.00. That's per year.

i would complain to someone within the accomidation or the uni. I know that in my flat in second year they threw water out of the window at people below, and one woman went straight over to the police station. (well it was a bit idiotic when the police station is right across the road).
