- had a really good yoga session yesterday and was congratulated on my plank (though also told I am a swot).
- ate a fabulous dinner yesterday which even featured vegetables.
- had a much-needed super-sleep last night.
- haven't had a cigarette for 20 days.
- lovely snuggles with the OH.
- bubbly bath, clean as a washed potato.
- The Apprentice is on tonight.

- Peace and quiet this morning before parents came back
- Got a lot of work done, gonna do some more in a sec
- Only 3 days and I can go back to the mini humans, have missed them

Congratulations, Mary!

- Got up reasonably early
- Washed my hair dyed towels (oops)!
- Got a bit of work done, will do more later
- Washed the dishes since our dishwasher is broken

- Had a burst of inspiration and feeling creative
- Bought a new dress and hoodie. Both black.
- Made plans to see my friends this weekend.
- Bought a new sketchbook.

Thursday:
- found my favourite red pen which had been missing in action
- hot cho
- 4 years, 3 months free
- pizza due to aforementioned achievement
- watched bake off

Yesterday:
- tasty snacks at my meeting
- ate lunch with a friend
- early finish from work
- am so horrifyingly predictable in my food choices that despite forgetting my shopping list and having to play Guess The Ingredients yet again, when I got home and checked the list, I'd bought everything I needed
- had a very relaxed evening

- Started my safeguarding assignment
- Finished this weeks' homework
- Had a lovely chat with my friend
- Feeling rather accomplished

- went to a spa and had a lovely massage and facial with my boyfriend, and we got to sit in the jacuzzi for ages with champagne
- lots of cuddles in bed which was nice if against The Rules

- being hyper and happy today
- nice coffee at Pret
- meeting my boyfriends parents went well

Today and yesterday:

- got good news re: my mum.
- walked around the Christmas decoration bit at the garden centre even though it's too early, and wanted to buy ALL the things.
- my mum's cat was feeling particularly affectionate.
- smelt around 130 different scented candles.
- felt almost pretty in skirt/jumper/boots combo.
- saw friend for coffee and lunch.
- crunchy autumn leafness.
- went on a fairly long walk with the OH across the viaduct and the river, took lots of photos, none of them good.
- went to pub on way back, which had two roaring fires.
- amazing skies and lovely coal smoke smell.
- watched 3rd episode Westworld and drank lots of tea.

Saturday:
- nice lie in
- pottering around the house getting stuff done and practising music
- went out with the volunteering people (first taste of local nightlife!)
- learnt the important No Coat Rule of the area, which I will be ignoring because I'd rather be warm than trendy

Sunday:
- brass band
- aforementioned brass band lent me a cornet (WHICH IS NEW AND SHINY AND AWESOME) because one does not simply play a trumpet in a brass band
- dinner at my parents' house
- brought some more boxes of music back with me so have nearly transferred all of my extensive sheet music collection to the new house!

-Did the hard people of my christmas shopping today
-Super cute outfit

- managed to take B to the vet, even though I've never been to a vet on my own before and was super anxious about it
- posh food for lunch
- nice, slow-paced morning

- mini humans were excited to see me after the holidays and I got tons of cuddles, smiles and bombarded with news about their half-term
- Had a 3 hour nap after work, obviously needed it
- Warm and cosy jammies and tea
- Put some boundaries in place with J after she's been bombarding me with "I need advice" texts
- Recognised I was feeling overwhelmed abd relaxed instead of pushing myself too hard
- Got some work done

Today:
- remained relatively calm in the face of adversity
- was productive for a few hours at least!
- sorted out my council tax direct debit *yawn*
- found a rather speedy way of opening cans without a can opener so losing the can opener didn't impede my enchilada plans
