Not bad really. Just working but seemed to achieve a lot which is always good.

I’m freezing. Think I’ll fill my hot water bottles. I always complain here about the cold. I’m like a broken record.

Shouldn't really complain cos I'm all the way down south. I'm sure you have it worse up there. But I seem to feel the cold really easily.

It's the British way to complain about stuff so don't worry about sounding like a broken record! It's cold so we're allowed to complain about it!

Haha that’s true. I’ve filled my hot water bottles and jumped into bed, so I should heat up soon. You have every right to complain too. It’s cold where you are too I’m sure.

Well I think it's meant to be about 1 degree tonight here, but t often drops a couple of degrees lower where I am cos I'm in the middle of nowhere.

That is cold. By tomorrow morning we’re supposed to be at -2 degrees. Not fun.

I go every week for my weekly shop, but could do it online really.... I think it does me good to force myself out to do it though!

Do you go every day? You seem to mention it a lot.

No, but I do my shopping in small bits, because it forces me out the flat. I have a very bad habit of hiding away indoors for days.

Yeah I understand that completely. It's good to force yourself to do things you don't want to do!
