My name is Theresa. i'm 16 i started to SI about a year ago. (when i actually realized i was doing it and knew what it was) I thought about cutting when i was 13 but scared myself out of it (luckily). I love anything to do with music and i used to love dance team. now i just somewhat like it but i still love to dance. I love my boyfriend and really hope it lasts. I am 5 foot 1 (finally... i was five foot and 1/4 of an inch last year). I love animals. I want to be a music therapist when i get out of school. I play the piano and am relearning the flute. soon i hope to learn to play the guitar. I get A's and B's at school. i have a few close friends. My best friend and i call ourselves twins..its a long story and we don't look anything alike. She calls me Elizabeth Rose ( that is my conformation name). I am Catholic and believe in God. I get extremely stressed out. My parents are going to make me go to a counselor soon, the only thing left is to figure our a time that works with my busy schedule. I'm really nervous because i have trust issues and people have a hard time earning it especially in this situation. For the most part my life is really good and i love living it. There are just times that i forget that.

I live in Indiana, but would give close to anything to move to Massachusetts. I spent part of my summer there two summers ago, and completely fell in love.
I sing all the time, and am part of a local children's choir.
I want to be a high school science teacher, but I also want to get a law degree.
I'm a nerd. I watch Doctor Who a lot, and am a total Trekkie. Seriously, I have a pencil with the Enterprise orbiting a planet on the end....
I listen to pretty much every kind of music,except country and the majority of rap. My favorite bands are The Beatles, Queen, Jethro Tull, and I've been listening to a lot of Radiohead recently, too.
I sew, because I love the feeling of construction it gives me.
I don't mean to brag, but I make probably the best cookies ever. I've been told that, at least.
I had a dog who we put to sleep in early June, who was a year younger than me, and was my best friend. Around that time, a feral cat adopted the family, so now we feed him and he lets us pet him, so I guess you can say I have a cat, too.
I'm gay, and, as it so often seems to go, in love with my straight best friend. Oh well. I've pretty much accepted that I'll always love her, but am getting ready to move on.
Oh! I almost forgot! My signature is a translation of a quote I came upon one day a few years back. Originally it was in Finnish, which I prefer the looks of, but I wanted to have people actually be able to read it.

I'm Jade, I'm 16. I listen to most music, pretty much everything. :) I play guitar and a bit of piano now and again but I'm not very good. I write a lot and enjoy my own company but I also love my close friends :) I'm currently doing A Levels hoping to go to Uni in the future. I want to do something with Computers / Physics when I'm old. I especially love rock music and moshing :) I've SI'd for about a year, but I decided to come on this site because it's been getting worse lately. :(

I have an absolute passion for all animals. My dad is a 30 year veteran dog trainer and my mom is a vet. When I was a kid, we also used to own Canada's largest reptile zoo. Eventually I'd like to be involved with animals full time but I can't be a vet. I can't stand the blood. :) (witch is totally wierd cause I SI. Strange I know.)
