I am currently:
Struggling to ground myself possible trigger warnings for self harm and abuse

Struggling to ground myself completely my thoughts keep drifting onto things I'd rather not think about I can't make it stop its making me feel like harming but I can't it wouldn't b safe to while I'm like this. I feel like I'm not really here as well

Do you know what helped you to feel a bit better, so you have an idea of what might help in the future?





I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
