anxious

I am so anxious for no reason. I really need a better way to pull myself out of it and I can't ask my friends because they are sick of me. Any Ideas?

I am currently:

Do some sort of physical activity. Clean, dance, run around, sing at the top of your lungs. Get that energy OUT! :)

It mostly happens at night so I can't really do much without tipping off my parents.
