I'm glad you got your cuts treated.
It might be hard for people to understand exactly what you're going through but I'm sure they will understand how you feel if you tell them that. Feelings are pretty much universal. I hope you get on ok today.

My mum got really angry with the Crisis Team because they expect my family to look after me like a hospital would. A doctor is coming out later.

They cancelled the assessment. I don't know why. My CPN is meant to be getting in contact today but it's Friday so that is unlikely..
