Hopefully it's okay to post this here and mimick a few of the ideas on the ED support board...
It can be really easy to keep thinking bad thoughts about ourselves when we've been through bad experiences, or to "re-inforce" them in our minds.
So maybe we could try and make a list of good positive things about ourselves (directly related to experiences or not) and encourage each other!
Bad experiences in life does not make us weak.

Knowing you can get through something awful and come out of the other side can give you so much strength, confidence and pride in yourself.
You are not alone. People do not think anything bad about you because of what has happened. People care about you and want to help, and you DO deserve that support

Hindsight is a powerful but destructive thing, how you acted in the past was based on the knowledge you held then. Do not judge it on the knowledge to hold now.
