There's not really a lot to do
I'm trying to get hold of my mum to see if I can go over on Monday to see my daughter but she hasn't replied yet, as is normal for her.
Would give me something to aim for

I'm not sure on the type of support I need/want
I'm not 100% sure it's all mental health related so kind of reluctant to speak to mh professionals but also think it might be.

It's not nice to wake up to anxiety about stuff. :( Try to relax and keep distracting yourself. Have you managed to get a hold of your Mum yet? Aiming to see your daughter tomorrow could be a very good thing.

Maybe today you could try and plan some things for you to do together tomorrow. That would keep you occupied for some of today and give you a structure for tomorrow.

I think mum has some random house stuff going on tomorrow so not sure what will be happening

Just been catching up and was just going to say worrying about worrying is like saying don’t think of a green elephant your brain will automatically go there so try do some mindfulness if you can and just be in the moment or allow yourself 20 mins of a day to have a worry and then get on with other stuff o know they sound silly but sometimes it helps me

Didn't go and see my daughter today because I woke up with a bad cold so I'm sad about that
I managed not to buy the pills to OD on but I wish I had
I can't deal with these thoughts

I'm sorry to hear you've got a cold and didn't get to see your daughter or mum - colds are difficult at the best of times, more so when you're struggling on top of it too.

It's really positive you didn't buy any pills to OD on, though. You should be really proud of yourself.

I would be very surprised if they did not tell you to go to hospital tbh. Perhaps it would be a good idea to make your way there?
