on friday morning one of my best friends raped me.
i dont know what to do.
i trusted him
i need help.
i keep feeling like i'm living out side of myself
i've only told my little bro, he's 16.
he's the only person, my only friend who won't kill the guy who did this to me
i feel broken, i dont know who i am anymore. i keep thinking about it. i can't sleep.
i want to die.

So sorry to hear that, he's not really a friend if he did that. What do you want to do about it like do you want to report it? Have you got a treatment team for anything at the moment or is there someone else you could tell? It's also worth going to your GP for morning after pill etc. you're probably still in shock which will affect your sleep and make you feel like you're not really you. Hugs x

its too late to take plan b, isn't it? i can't report it, i'm worried they wouldn't belive me. i didn''t want to report it or go to the ER or anything after it happened in fear that i wouldn't be belived. i know they'd take his word over mine and 90% of the time cops and docters treat me like ****. i have no one else to tell.

I'm not sure where you live, but have you tried a rape crisis centre? I wish i'd done it sooner than I did. I spent years not talking about it and I find talking to someone in the centre really beneficial.
