I'm back in the seclusion outfit even though I didn't actually do anything

Thank you. I'm not allowed to get dressed or go in my room which is annoying.
I've asked for my care plan so hopefully a nurse will get back to me about that so I can see what's going on

Yes, you really should know what's in your care plan. I hope a nurse will spend some time going through it with you. Have you found something to keep you occupied?

The nurse said she'd go through it with me but still haven't heard anything.

I've been watching films on my iPad. Luckily they have let me have my headphones as long as I stay in sight.

I feel like the staff dislike me. They treat me differently to the other patients.
One girl tied a ligature today and was let out for a cigarette shortly after and not locked out of her room.
I didn't even do anything last night, just talked to staff, and I was put back in the seclusion outfit.

I'm sure the staff are just trying to risk assess everyone individually. I understand the feeling of being disliked though. Are there still staff you get on well with? I'm glad you're getting to watch some films.

The one who doesn't let me sleep in my room is on tonight though

I got given my care plan and it said I don't have capacity which annoyed me

No. It just said I don't have capacity.

I collapsed earlier and I told staff and no one even asked how I felt.
Feel a bit crap about that

Yes. I don't think there's anything wrong apart from maybe I'm a bit depressed

My night was ok apart from I had to spend the night in the lounge again because there are a ton of ants in my room

I'm allowed my clothes today but still not allowed in my room. Not that I really want to be in there anyway with so many ants!

My sister got an ant infestation when she was IP and it was a right pain.

I'm already struggling with having my clothes although I can only use the staff toilet and they wait outside and lock it when I come out so I can't really do anything.
And I don't want to go back in the seclusion outfit

Surely if you were “just a bit depressed” you wouldn’t have spent such a long time in hospital and having to wear a seclusion outfit?

I think the staff and doctors have overreacted.

I just hope I see the doctor before I have to have my depot tomorrow. I don't want it and I don't want to be restrained and injected.

I think the staff have reacted to the way you've been presenting. Do you think anything is changing? How do you think you can get more well and get home hopefully? If you don't know that, maybe you know what's not working?

I've been quite hyper today and been given prn.
The staff say it's better to see me jumping around than having incidents though!
Apparently they don't dislike me. So that's a bit reassuring
So my mood appears better. The voices are still bad though. I'm refusing the depot tomorrow
