I don't know if anyone other than your CPN can really know why the social worker is coming. I'd advise you try your best to relax and see what happens tomorrow. I hope everything goes ok.

CPN and social worker came round. It was a safeguarding thingy because my mum got angry at the Crisis Team. I told them she's not like that often and didn't mean it. And that the CT had upset me not mum. The SW said there was no reason to take it further.

So relieved!

I'm glad things turned out ok. How are you getting on?

I can imagine. What things help you to relax?

Best is watching tv but I've got a list of other distractions too: reading, drawing, listening to music, self soothing.

For some reason this afternoon I really want to SI. I've put on my PJs because I know if I needed hospital I would be embarrassed to go in PJs.

That's a really positive step. Please keep going with all your distractions and if you feel like things are getting too much to deal with then try and speak to your Mum or someone. You can do this.

You're welcome. Although I know that you know most of the things I say, so you have that sense within yourself too. It can be helpful to have someone reinforce things. Take care.

I have taken off my reflective necklace which is stopping people reading my thoughts. Am I brave or stupid?

I don't think people would be able to read your thoughts with or without the necklace, honestly. You are brave for challenging yourself but I don't think you're in any danger.

I'm still very nervous about not wearing the necklace but trying not to think about the Organisation.

I think you're brave for not wearing it. I don't believe anyone can read your thoughts but I understand that the thought is scary for you.

Feeling nervous is natural, I hope you can continue to challenge things and that you feel more relaxed with time. Well done. Have you got things on this weekend?
