Make your own sketchbook and register your world in it!
If you are somehow a creative person and/or if you already have a kind of diary, this might be very helpful:
First of all, it's important that you do it, don't buy a ready notebook or whatever. You decide the size and shape, but I recommend that it's tinier than A4 so you can carry with you easily. Do whatever you want for the cover, but remember that you will see it a lot, so don't use triggers or something you will get tired of looking at on the first month using the sketchbook. Now you just have to choose the sheets you'll put in it, according to what you intent to do - drawing, collages, writing... (mine has some thicker colored ones, for collages, and the others are pretty normal white paper for everything). Find your own way to put it all together or bind it, and it's ready!
To use it: Everyone sees different meaning on the things around them, people focus on different details. Use this sketchbook as you like to, but keep it with you, carry it as long as possible. You can draw, paint, do collages, write poetry, texts, random words... whatever! Besides a great distraction you'll be exercising your creativity and , sometimes, taking big frustrations out of you (just, again, remember to keep away from the issues you know are triggering to you).

If it's bad, always try to look at it from a different perspective, if it's good, hold onto that :)
