this really helps with recovery...
1. get a note book.
2. decorate the front with happy things.
3. on the first page, write the title of this thread and decorate all happy.
4. every day write the date in the margine or wherever and write down one thing you have done that day to make you feel proud. it could be anything. "i didnt hurt myself" "i ate enough today" "i stood up for myself" or even something as simple as "i smiled" "i helped my friend"
