I feel stupid for coming back here.
But, things are truely awful. Self harm is back hard and i'm not really sure what to do. Mental health services are are shit and i know they don't work because i have tried every single method before.
I have a few suicide plans set out and i'm not sure whether i'm serious or not.
I have no friends that i can talk to and i can't talk to my parents/family either.
I guess i'm just like, lost?
You're not stupid for coming back... everyone struggles and needs support sometimes<3
Is there anything in particular causing you to feel so bad, or a reason your self-harm is worsening? Maybe it could help a bit to identify the problem, then work on a solution. I'm sorry you feel that there's no one you could talk to... are you sure nobody would be willing to listen? Or maybe "talking" wouldn't necessairly mean having to tell them everything that's going on for you right now. It might just help to have a casual conversation to take your mind off things.
Keep holding on; please don't kill yourself. You can make it through. Don't hesitate to send a PM if you need to talk.
Hope you're ok *hugs*

We are male and female. We are artists, athletes, and students. We have depression, PTSD, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, or maybe no diagnosis at all. Some of us were abused, some not. We come from all walks of life and can be any age. We are every race or religion that you can think of. Our common link is this: We are in pain. We self-injure. And we are not freaks.
maybe mental health services themselves havent been particularly helpful, their methods they use might be useful. did you hear about anything that was meant to help you when you felt like this, that you could try and use now? remember that all the stuff to feel better takes practice. so you have to stick with it, even when it doesn't work really effectively the first time
this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.
The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.
Bee. I'm not sure what to tell you. I just want to say that I care.
Then wear the gold hat, if that will move her;
If you can bounce high, bounce for her too,
Till she cry "Lover, gold-hatted, high-bouncing lover,
I must have you!"

Thanks for replying.
Yes, i am positive that there is no one i can talk to.
I have been trying to think of the methods and stuff they used but the health care i have ever gotten has actually been THAT crap that i don't even remember them telling me any. Any time that i was inpatient i was left to my own devices pretty much and any counselling/therapy i got i only remember them telling me the risks etc.
Beeface, I love you so so freaking much.
I'm sorry that you're struggling at the moment.
Please remember that I am always here for you if you want to talk.
Any time, day or night.
I promise.

Thank you for the replies.
Im just trying to work and go to course all the time so i dont have much time to think. At the moment, it seems like the best way.
you're definitely not stupid for coming back here. <3 I just joined, and I know I need support. Especially if you're sure you don't have friends you can talk to. Sometimes just talking to somebody will make me less likely to hurt myself.
Please, please don't kill yourself. You are loved. Please remember that. <3

"Be nice. Think happy thoughts. Champion silver linings. Love all things (not just cute things like babies and kittens) & when you do love - love like they do in power ballads (you know like on a cliff with the wind in your hair and your eyes shut, knowing you'll never know love like this). Watch out for dog poo. Smile at people - even grumpy ones. Remember anything is possible & whatever you do always try to look on the bright side."
