I've yet to read this, bought the book but decided I didn't want to read it. Then got a free copy on Kindle (no other choice of book) so I'll try and read it at some point. I take it you'd recommend it seen as you're re-reading it?

Bought a book about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as my previous psychologist was into it and was going to start working through ACT with me but I don't think we got round to it.
The book is ACTivate Your Life - Joe Oliver, Jon Hill, and Eric Morris.
Haven't read any 'self help' type stuff for a while but I trust my previous psychologist so thought I'd give it a go.
