Wow, I really love the extension of the simple qupte, "It's not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain" because life isn't just going to happy all of the time. Sometimes you can't dance. Sometimes your legs won't let you stand any longer and you just have to scream and tell the world you're still alive.
