Really struggling

I'm really not doing good at the moment - I'm too shattered to go into details now but will expand when I'm less tired about what's been going on this weekend. Could really use some friendly support though (warning - may be mention of suicide in later posts)

I'm sorry that your struggling so much at the moment but I am glad that you have reached out to us for support. Can you try and do some nice things for yourself to help ease some of the suffering your feeling? We are all here to listen when you feel ready to talk about what's happening. Hold on there.

Perhaps you could try and get some sleep for the time being so you feel less exhausted? Take care of yourself.

Last weekend I witnessed my best friend trying to kill herself. She was so desperate and so certain that she was going through with it. Obviously I did everything I could at the time and thankfully she's still here but I just keep replaying it over and over in my mind. The way she begged me not to let the ambulance in, pleaded with me just to let her be at peace, and I'm ashamed to say a small part of me was almost saying to let her go so she can finally be free from her demons but obviously I couldn't let her but then I felt like I'd betrayed her trust by going against her wishes. Plus I can't get the images of her laying in that hospital bed out my mind - I was so so scared that I was going to lose her and I don't think I could live if she was never coming back
