Triggering (SI) - Dealing with urges... Help!!

Hi everyone...
Sorry I've been posting so much lately, but I seriously need some help. I've been slipping up all week, but never anything major, just really small scratches. But my parents aren't home and I'm really tempted to cut badly. All my usual ways to distract myself haven't been working and none of my friends are online to help, and I wouldn't want to bother them, anyway.
Soo... any tips? I'm really sort of worried, so any advice would be extremely appreciated!
Hugs and support are loved, too, I've had a terrible two weeks and kind of just want to give up.

Hey, at least you came on here before you went and did anything. Have yo checked the distractions area? Tried some of those yet? They can work. I'd say try and ride it out, but for me that normally just makes me want it more.
