Like making a drink in the morning, having a shower in the afternoon, watching a film in the evening.

I may be wrong to say this, but I know spending a lot of time in bed is a bad idea in theory, but if it keeps you safe for now that is a good thing in my eyes. If you're asleep you're not hurting yourself, right? I tend to take to my bed when I'm depressed too but as long as its not forever. I hope you will feel a bit better soon and maybe able to do more positive things. Thinking of you xx
