covering cuts *trig*

Aside from the fact that I feel like **** because I cut last night after two months clean, I have dance tomorrow morning and afternoon and our uniform is short sleeves and we will probably be trying our new costumes for next weeks competition and I don't know how to hide it. Its on my left wrist its nothing really bad but not something you can kinda say well it was an accident, you don't end up with a heart and someones initial cut into your wrist by accident. I'm stressing about this alot because I will be kicked out of dance if found out and honestly dance is all that is keeping me going right now. sorry for the long post

Hey there,
Firstly calm down. There are a couple of options I can think of; you could wear bracelets? But I should imagine that wouldn't be very practical 'cos in my experience you're not allowed to wear jewellery in sport, are you? You could perhaps wear a sweatband? Or a tubi grip and say you sprained your wrist or something?
Hope this helps,
xxx

Yeah, I'd say try putting a bandage of some sort around your wrist, and say you sprained it
Good luck

I like that idea, saying you sprained your wrist. Hopefully that will work out for you. Good luck! :)
