Fearful of
Giving up, yet
Hating the
Inner path of resistance

Juggling with thoughts of
Killing myself
Loathing my life;
Morbid thoughts

No one knows how
Old I feel
Pain is causing
Queasy knots

Running away from
Suicide
Tired of
Unrest and unease

Very sure I'll
Waste away
'Xing my life;
Yearning for a lifetime of
Zzz's

That was well done, don't think I could have thought of a flowing A-Z poem. Nice work.

I'm not usually one for poetry but I like this. It's clever with the A-Z thing (took me a few lines to realise!), it's simple (I don't like wordy poems) so is straight to the point but it's heartfelt.

Beast that
Compels me to use
Disordered behaviors
Exercising
Frantically, terrified of
Gaining weight
Horrified that
I've become a
Jumbo-sized monster.

Kitchen keeps calling
Looking for an answer
Maybe I'll eat?
Not likely
Obsessed with the
Past, unable to
Quit
Remembering the
Sorrow and constant
Torment.

Understanding that
Very soon, I'll
Worried about something new
Xenophobic again
Yet yearning for
Zen like Peace of Mind, amongst friends.
