It's really positive that you got out today. Just doing that can be a massive challenge at times!
You were actually the one who inspired me today to write my little list of things to do and stop procrastinating, so please try and see the positivity in trying. You may not be in the place you want to be, but you haven't given up and that is the most important thing of all.
Sometimes you just have to maintain doing the smaller things so that the bigger picture keeps on going. If that makes any sense!
It has definitely made me feel good, feeling fresh is always a positive! And I've completed my second task now aswell :) winning!

I'm feeling less tired and cooked a bacon and butternut squash risotto. It was very tasty!
Not much on TV though. I miss having my laptop! Can't order a new charger until Tuesday at least.

Amy, thank you so much. That was really kind of you and it has given me a boost. I came home and did another task, and I have put the washing machine on, so now I'm allowing myself to relax so I don't feel worse for it tomorrow. I need to accept doing too much makes me feel exhausted, but feel good for doing what I can.

Thanks Hannah. I'm struggling, but had a little boost for having achieved something today, given I struggled to leave my bed. I'm going to decide what to watch and relax now.
There's so many amazing slimming world recipes so I try to vary what I cook and I like trying new things. It always turns out well so I reckon I'm a decent cook!
