This is short-term, it'll pass. Your mood will pick up and you'll be able to cope just fine. It won't be like last time. Even though you have about 5 million times more stress this time, things will get easier.

It's okay to feel really awful when looking at past pictures but you weren't happy then even at a normal weight. it's okay to not be like your friends and to be a bit behind. you don't have to be like anyone. It's ok to cry , hurt and feel lost. Your dad knows how much you love him. The memories will stop being so intense. You will not always be fat. It is ok to need and ask for support before Thursday as it is a long way off
