I could use some help.

I'm sorry I haven't been around but I'm really struggling and I have for quite a while now.
I could really use somewhere to talk and get some support.
I feel like I'm suffocating.

Thank you.

The last few months I've been really struggling with my mood. I kept telling myself that it would get better on its own but it's just getting worse. I feel so horribly low.
I keep having thoughts of self harm and suicide.

There so many things to deal with and intense feelings. I feel trapped and overwhelmed.
Everything feels a gigantic effort.

Does anyone know how you're feeling, particularly professional wise? Since your mood isn't getting better on its own it would be good to actively do something about it with support. I understand how it feels when everything is an effort so it might be hard for you to reach out, can someone help you with that? Trapped and overwhelmed are crushing feelings, I hear you.

It maybe down to breathing, have you tried exercises like tai chi or yogic breathing?

It can take a while for it to work, because when you feel tense & anxious not enough oxygen gets through your body & into your mind for it to work properly.

I think therefore I ambient.

Do you want to talk about what's making you feel so low?

What support do you have?

After a rather spectacular meltdown the other week my wife helped me to reach out to my team and the staff at the children's centre I take my son to.

My team can't really offer much but they've given me the info for a counselling centre that I need to contact and referred me to somewhere called homestart.
The lady I spoke to at the children's centre was really nice and we had quite a good talk. My health visitor was notified that I'm struggling is coming to visit on friday for a talk. I'm doing all I can to get support so I can keep going for my baby. He is the reason I keep fighting whenever everything in me wants to give up.

You are such an amazing mummy.

Would it be worth talking to them about someone being able to babysit so that
You're able to go to Dbt skills group again? Would V babysit? Or Js sister?

The counselling sounds good. I know I'll suggest this and you'll bash me over the head but would pushing for the EMDR available at the cmht although kept

Well done for reaching out to your team and staff at the children's centre; I hope that the counselling centre will be helpful.

Thinking of you, and I hope things feel brighter soon.

Well find a way to fight it, we always have.
It's not how tragically we suffer but how miraculously we live.
