Hi Cheshire here. Not sure what to say. I've self harmed for almost twenty years. My current diagnoses are depression, GAD, Depersonalisation Disorder etc Not sure what else to say but hi!

Hi Cheshire, I'm glad you have been able to say Hi. It's not an easy thing to do, but a positive step to connect with others who understand what it's like to suffer from SH for many a long year.
