aww thanks guys i hope things ease up soon for all of us today has been a better day and ive managed to keep much busier than my usual lie in bed all day every day type routine and actually have sum structure to my day today feel like ive actually achieved something!! xx

Sounds great, well done :) Structure can be really helpful for mental health, particularly with the way things are in the world at the moment.
