After a hellish couple of a months I've managed to get myself together more and wanted to share some joy.
- I'm not self harming in any way and have kept myself safe
- I'm kicking my ED's ass, maintaining a stable healthy weight, not using behaviours & eating properly
- I've dealt with the recent change in not being able to do uni without going into crisis
- I've stayed out of hospital, relatively sane, and away from London (!)
- I've found a good therapist, finally, and I'm working hard with him
- I've started a relationship with a very decent guy and although it's BPD issues galor I'm doing ok at the whole thing
- I'm dealing with paranoia, dissociation, depression etc. without being in crisis too much
- I'm taking my meds & talking to people
I really just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last couple of months, really it means the world, you're all amazing, & PM me anytime <3
