In the past I have been yelled at by my dad and hit by my dad and I definitely did Deserved it my friends said (in high school) that i was abused but..... isn’t abuse when you don’t deserve it??

No, you don't deserve it. Even if you were badly behaved it didn't mean you deserved to get hit. There are better ways to discipline. I went through similar and it took me a long time to realise it wasn't my fault, Yes I was badly behaved but it wasn't my fault that I got hit. You are in charge of your actions and an adult should know better.

My dad and I was always fighting with each other and he would be angry with me because I was born with boarder line retardation and would yell and call me stupid and idiot..... so it is my fault...... I was born that way...... im not normal..... im nothing........

But how is that your fault? You can't help being born with learning difficulties. And having learning difficulties is nothing to be ashamed of, we are all born differently with our own strengths and weaknesses. That's never a valid reason to treat someone badly.

You're not worthless.
So in this country we don't use the term 'mental retardation' but I know that it means someone with a significant learning difficulty. And none of medical textbooks say that someone with a learning difficulty deserves to be abused in anyway. You just have a brain which works a bit differently and that just means that you sometimes will need extra support, not any sort of unkind treatment.
