Chat Pop-Up Window Error

Every time I try to enter chat, I get the pop-up window as normal, but then says the site can't be reached. Is it down? Is anybody else having this issue? Please help!?

Thank you!! I haven't been on here in a long time and obviously things have changed majorly. Lol. Does anybody use this site much now?
