It may have been good that one time...but it kind of discourages me from doing it more unless I have to (in this case I kind of had to). Why do we have to socialize again? I don't enjoy being around other people...the person I am around them is a complete and utter lie. I just feel like nothing around other people.
I have 9 episodes of Extreme Couponing to watch. Trashy TV of silly programmes is a good distraction.

I'm good thanks, just relaxing and contemplating doing a work out. I'm worried if I do my legs may hurt again like they did after my work out on Tuesday AND I'm going out tomorrow for New Years. I'm not sure what to do. =(

You could work out your upper body? Unless you're running and stuff I suppose. I was going to train my legs yesterday but I went ice skating today so felt like if i I did it'd have been a huge mistake.
I may start a blog also. I started one on NYE 2007 and it went strong a few times a week until late 2010. I'm sure you'll come up with good ideas for the blog :)

Sure you can do just upper body :) If you ever want a hand with anything work out related, let me know. I've trained for a few years and one of my kind of 'titles' at work is a fitness instructor. I'd give your blog a read also. I reckon I'll give Tumblr a look at properly soon, I've fancied creating an account for a while.
