I saw this research and thought it might be beneficial to someone although it is maybe quite a bit of a read and it has it's flaws.

Be self compassionate and read this if you have chronic pain (link).





I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

You didn't come this far just to come this far.
