With the group we usually warm up ourselves and I go on the treadmill, then we get together with the gym instructor and he does circuits with us so different exercises using weights etc. If I have time I use the resistance machines at the end. It's quite good.

Hmm doesn't sound like my thing. I used to love doing ballet for exercise but local classes are full of sociable old people.
