I cut again last night, after like 4 months. I swore I wouldnt let this get to me, i told myself i wouldnt cry over the situation but last night because i was upset and couldnt sleep i cut. its so scary that the last few times ive cut have all been to help me sleep...

i dont need advice. i dont know what i need, but i cant do this anymore... i cant cope with it anymore
