well, even though i still struggle alot my team have recommended that i go to a rehab unit, im really excited, it was the place i was at before i got put in medium-low forensic and i really liked it, they are coming to assess me on friday and because funding have agreed it it is very likely that i will go, im very nervous but i think it will be a bit of a kick up the backside lol
anyway, wish me luck!

What kind of support will you have there?

there are staff there 24/7, im still on a section so that will be added support, they have to do risk assesments before you go out, that kind of thing :)

I think this is brilliant news, hopefully you can learn to recover in a more realistic environment. I wish you all the best, it sounds like it will be supportive whilst giving you some responsibility and control over your progress!
