Jo, I'm not in your country so I can't help you with this but I have an idea... can you write down a note on the computer and send it to someone you realllllly trust on RYL. Someone you've talked to for awhile?
You can make it a long note and tell as much as you can. Then add the nice ladies phone number to the bottom (or anyone you want to call) and have the person from RYL make the call for you. If you can't get to the phone you'll be stuck there for longer and you don't deserve this horrible abuse. You need help hun... Can you do that? Would that work... That way you don't even have to call at all.
Just write down what you want to say to her word for word and send it to someone from RYL who is willing to make the call. They can even make it anonymously so long as they can reach someone and get you the help you need.

That's right, abusers to try to justify what they're doing by saying things like you deserve it etc. But you don't, no one deserves that. It's not your fault that this is happening, it's not at all your fault, it's her fault, she's deciding to hurt you and so it's totally her fault.
