Been a long time, but I'm back.
Hi everyone.
I'm Kinsey. I joined years ago in high school when I was having issues with self harm. The last time I self harmed was June 5th of 2014.
A lot has changed since I was last here. I had a daughter, got married, and got a pretty decent job.
Lately I've been feeling low again. I'm beginning to feel just hopeless and dark again... The urges have come back.
I'm really trying to avoid falling back into old habits, I figured maybe returning here might set me back in the right direction.
