Hi everyone
I have come back to RYL after many years and I’m surprised it’s still here. Wow.
I’m back to a place of not wanting to be alive. I’m struggling on though.

Some days are still hard but they make the good days seem all the better :)

I saw your name on a reply to another thread and it was like a blast from the past. It's good to see you though i wish your circumstances were different. Not wanting to be alive is a horrible and lonely place to be. I hope you can find some support here and find the strength to carry on. Xx

I’m not here much at all as four little boys now make it difficulty but It is nice knowing I am not alone.
At this age apparently it’s not “normal” �� xx

Don’t let anyone tell you what is and is not normal. We just deal with a whole lot more that is harder to mask.
I don’t remember you but i honestly feel as though I have Alzheimer’s most days, I am Ktanaya. I now have 1 little girl and a degree and i am still struggling.
It’s actually nice to know that others feel broken too despite their age. It’s quieter here now, but there always seems to be someone around to listen.
