I am currently:
Triggering (Suicide/Sexual Abuse) - "grooming"

it is happening to me again
or is it?
I mean I was 8 the first time....8 till 12
then 17 to 19
now 21...can it be considered "grooming" if I am an adult.
I am stuck in his trap...and it is escalating...I can feel it...but I don't know how to get out...I never escaped the others....how can I escape him?

why am I so pathetic? why do I feel like that 8 year girl again?

If it has happened before it does make you more vulnerable to it happening again but that does not mean it is your fault or anything about you. It is good you can see what is happening though. You need to cut contact with this person they are not allowed to manipulate you like this. Is there anyone you can tell about what is happening?

i think you should try and tell someone even if its just talking anonymously on a forum or talking to someone like connexsions but because they only go up to 19 yr olds maybe say ur 19.
