Now that Harley has been gone from the site for years etc, is RYL sponsorship still a thing? Does the money still go to RYL if there isn't an active webmaster? I know the shop, chat, live help, supporters etc have had to be shut down because they're so outdated but I was just wondering if this has been shut down too.

It's still a thing. I remember someone trying to cancel their subscription in the last year or so and had to do it via Paypal I think. The money would still go to the same place. Even if there isn't an active webmaster, there are likely still some costs associated with running the site for example the domain name renewal, not sure if RYL has hosting costs or not with James owning the hosting company.
