Adult - Reviews Requested (*TW* *SH*) Sharing a poem publicly for the first time

I've had phases of writing poetry throughout my life and finally decided to share some. I'm not really sure how I feel about it...but I hope others enjoy it. I know it's at least cathartic for me to write and pushes me out of my comfort zone to share - even anonymously. Anyways, here goes nothing!

...

Glittering nectar,
It lands on my tongue.
Daintily, it spreads itself thin.
Torture – this sweet thing of insolence -
It slides through my neck like tumbleweed.
Alone, in a hot dry place
Dancing languidly on a breeze
of exhaled sadness.
Catching on my tonsils
Catching on fire

It burns a hole in my chest and through it
I see shimmering black.
Into my veins black smoke glides
A blistering violation
Internal conglomeration
A combustion of tears.
It begs to be freed
Desperate, clinging to red
blood cells and plasma.
Screaming white fury
I must let it out!

Cacophonous Silence, Whispering Wails
With a slice, it is free and I
Sit silently, listless and afraid.
I hate myself, but I love it.

...Is this kind of stuff ok to post here?

it's fine to post here. you can go pretty dark and gritty without anyone calling you out. i've posted some pretty triggering stuff myself, though some i've deleted (not because i was told to, more because i tend to post things spur of the moment and sometimes some things are better kept away from a community of self-harmers).

anyways i like these kind of poems, playing with language is always fun, even though i don't bother doing it as much as i'd like.

you should post more so. it would be fun to have something more than my own gibberish to read.

Good to know - thanks, MoNo! I think I'll post some more of my stuff here in the near future...

I'll post another. This one is a bit older...

I tiptoe on plexiglass
Transparent skin
You permit me to pass
As the waves below spin
And the sea mist collects
(it forms dew my chin)

But I’m dry as I tiptoe
On plexiglass bridges
The sea’s violent tempo
Below is diminished
A cacophony dulled
By this plastic prosthesis.

Now there’s a beach
Of plexiglass sand
I dance, bare feet
Glass grains, cut hands
Shredded body
Safe mind
In this plexiglass land

Hello friends (/whoever sees this). Here are some words I wanted to spew on a page:

This is
It
I'm ****ing
Pissed
I'm tired of this
Thick black
Mist
These stormy
Raindrops
Hot like
Lava
Heavy like a
Mountain
Filled with
Magma

Ready for its top to blow

Those blistering cracks forming
They watch from afar as I,
Restless and lethargic,
Open my mouth wide
And scream out with fiery rage
I watch them burn in my
Thick red flow
Aglow with anger
And sadness.
