Not letting yourself sleep is a type of self harm, hun. It is very very bad for your health, you need it to function normally and be healthy.
I know it seems impossible, I really do, to try and control the self harm, but it can be done. I believe that you can do it, you are determined, visit some of the distractions? Play the 15 minute game, or PM me if you ever want to chat.
