Large food portions but BMI's still on the low side of acceptable
For the past 3 weeks or so, I've been eating a whole lot. The amount of food I've been eating in a day has been WAY more than how much the average person would eat. It's come to the point that I'm disgusted at myself and at times feel guilty for eating so much. However, despite the enormous portions that I eat, my BMI's still on the low side of the Normal Range? Also, any advice on how I can control my food portions? It's like once I start eating, everything will just go out of control and I'll just keep eating.
