Adult - Why you no use chat?

Why you no use chat?

Just and observation of the obvious variety

There are some people who allways use the forums but never come in chat

And then there are some people who only use chat and not the forums

Me, i like to mix things up a bit, there is plenty of the saviour to go round ya get me?

So whats up with you then?

I do pop in to chat occasionally to see what's happening but I generally find it too chaotic... and everyone seems to know each other so it's hard to butt in. Forums are good cos you can read a bit and post as and when you want to and there's no rush or interruption.

I do find it strange though that the two are very separate.

Until recently chat was incompatible with mobile phones and tablets unless you had puffin browser so that put a few people off. I know it put me off.

If I wanted support for a few days rather than explain myself every time I found the forums useful because my posts are there for everyone to see and read. Whereas chat has lack of continuity if it makes sense because it depends on who happens to be in chat at the time.

We do know each other though because we have no lives and spend all day in there :P We don't bite honest, so please, join in if you want to :) We won't think you are butting in at all, we may even have cake to share!

I used to go on the forums a lot, but they are almost dead these days (I've been around agesssssssssssss) so I prefer chat as it makes me feel less lonely.

If more people came from chat to the forums they'd be less dead. =(

I went to chat around 6 times and people were fighting 5 of them. Chat is like a pub in my mind.

I've not been on chat for a long time but when I did I found it too fast and like everyone was talking at once. I prefer the forums where I can take some time to figure out a reply.

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

You didn't come this far just to come this far.

it depends on what people like for example some people like the live interaction whereas others like to compose a problem or situation on the forums and get help that way.

Have you ever confused a dream with life? Or stolen something when you have the cash? Have you ever been blue? Or thought your train moving while sitting still? Maybe I was just crazy. Maybe it was the 60's. Or maybe I was just a girl... interrupted.
I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. How you hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside. I tried groups, didn't work out just made my depression a lot worse.
