I do a meditation called Heartfulness that maybe you'd like to try? It helps with my stress and may help with your anxiety. If you have Facebook there's a group called Every One Meditates where they do Facebook lives 1-4 times a day.
Also, I take magnesium baths for chronic stress and am looking up other vitamins, minerals and herbs to help me sleep better and have less of a physical reaction to stress. For 6+ years, every waking heartbeat I had was a palpitation, so I have some understanding of what you're going through with your anxiety. Though, strangely, I don't remember much actual anxiety. But stress and anxiety are closely linked. Please try some form of meditation, regardless of whether or not it's Heartfulness. It helps. 🙂🙏
