Hey, new here.

Hi I'm Casey. I just thought I'd join because I recently got some panic/anxiety attack to the point that I had to go to the ER three times and would be cool if anybody else experienced it as well & if there's any advice to stop it from happening. I also feel a bit depressed lately and hopeless.. I have one friend but we don't talk as much because shes busy.. I just have nobody to talk to.

Hey Casey,
I'm also new here.
I have panic/anxiety attacks as well. When I first started having them 5 or so years ago, I basically tried to push them to the peripheral. I discounted them as anything worth worrying about. They worsened over time, though. I have tried a number of "breathing exercises" and things of the sort, but I haven't mastered myself enough for those to work well for me.
When it got really bad I saw my doctor, and we began to look for an anxiety medication that worked for me. I've had to go through quite a bit of trial and error, and I still don't feel exactly right, but it helps knowing that I at least have some kind of plan to make the panic stop.
Good luck!
~Kris
